How do I sign up to support a podcast?
Just head to the podcast website and click the support button below the podcast artwork. You will be taken to a subscription page where you can select your emoji identifier and contribution amount. Then fill out your personal and billing information and you'll be all set!

How do I access subscriber-only episodes?
If you are supporting a podcast with premium content then we will send you a confirmation email and provide you with your personal RSS Feed URL once you're subscribed.

How do I listen to premium content through my favorite listening app?
You can subscribe to your personal RSS Feed, through most listening apps to access the podcast on the go. Check out this article for more on that process: Using your Personal RSS feed

Why are episodes on the podcast website still locked?
If you see a lock icon next to an episode on the Buzzsprout website, that is because the podcast is premium content and only available to supporters. You will need to sign up to support the podcast to get access to those locked episodes.

How can I track my payments?
Your card will be charged on the same day each month. We will contact you a few days before to give you a heads-up, and we will email you a receipt after each successful payment. You can save these emails for your records to keep track of your monthly support.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your support of a podcast at any time. Just go to your latest emailed receipt and click the Manage Subscription link. That will take you to your subscription page and allow you to cancel the subscription and stop future payments. If you are subscribed to multiple shows, you will need to cancel each subscription individually.

Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel?
Most likely no. We understand if you aren't able to continue supporting a podcast, so we will email you prior to each charge, giving you the option to cancel. However, once the charge goes through, you may not be able to get a refund. These subscriptions are supporting an independent podcaster directly and so they may not have the ability to refund payment once it has been processed.
